Abstract Background: Obesity is a chronic condition with high prevalence and multifaceted etiologies; it accompanied by an increased risk of morbidity mortality. Bariatric surgeries (weight loss surgeries) include variety procedures performed on people who have obesity. Skin redundancy common post-bariatric complication. Abdominoplasty or "tummy tuck" cosmetic surgery procedure used to make the abdomen thinner more firm. The involves removal excess skin fat from middle lower in order tighten muscle fascia abdominal wall. This type usually sought patients loose sagging tissues after pregnancy major weight loss. study comparison between Classic High lateral tension abdominoplasty techniques treatment post bariatric patients. In our research, we compared two redundancy, classic technique Lateral Tension technique, was patient satisfaction operative complications showed that higher than due smaller less apparent scar, while were almost same both According study, advise plastic surgeons perform redundancy.
